At Freud’s Couch, we design and conduct engaging, interactive workshops and seminars on various aspects of mental health and well-being for diverse age groups, professionals, educators, parents, and students.
These sessions cover areas such as Emotional stress Relief, Movement therapy Women Psychology, suicide prevention strategies, drug addiction, stress management, emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, and understanding mental health challenges. We also integrate art therapy and movement-based practices, allowing participants to explore their emotions creatively and safely.
We have organized group therapy circles for women focusing on emotional wellness, self-awareness, and peer support, providing a nurturing environment for women to share and heal collectively.
Our workshops and seminars blend experiential activities, discussions, and take-home strategies, enabling participants to integrate mental health practices into their daily lives while promoting community mental health awareness and reducing stigma. These initiatives have brought together mental health professionals, educators, parents, and community stakeholders to foster open conversations and build emotionally resilient communities.
